Rock Band 4 at Comic-Con

Rock Band is a series I never owned nor had the chance to play. So I was really excited when I found out that there was a demo at Comic-Con. One thing I really, really liked about the Rock Band series is the fact that it was an entire band. Two guitars, drums and vocals was a great concept. Rock Band 4 is sticking with the animated avatars, which I'm cool with. It's a tried and true formula.

My only hands on experience with Rock Band 4 was only two songs, so this will be pretty short. Rock Band 4 stayed with the same controller format. 5 buttons, color coded on the end of the neck, and another set near the base. As I said in a previous post, I was a big Guitar Hero player so the 5 button format was easy to grasp. I was impressed with how many songs that were available to play. Saw a lot of songs that I liked.

Overall, it's Rock Band! The same series you know and love with a few improvements. Oh, they are also going to keep support for all of the old controllers! So no shelling out extra cash for stuff you already have!
