Pokemon 20th Anniversary!
The 20th Anniversary of Pokemon just passed and the next installment in the Pokemon series has been announced. Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon will be out later this year, I am both excited and nostalgic for this next installment!
Pokemon games have been an obsession of mine for as long as I can remember. I have played pretty much every game in the series excluding the Mystery Dungeon entries. I loved the aspects of collecting, training and battling your Pokemon aginst the NPC's as well as my friends in real life. I loved the Pokemon TV show as well, which strengthened my obsession, because of that, I have named my character "Ash" in every Pokemon game that I have ever played. My love for Pokemon has since trickled down to my little sister. So now we both enjoy talking about different Pokemon and strategies for the Gym Leaders or the Elite 4.
My only comment on the series as of late is that the games have become too easy. This doesn't mean that I do not enjoy the games, I would just like a steeper challenge. This may be because I am older and a better gamer than I was when I first started. I remember battling a Gym Leader ten or fifteen times and finally beating him, the feeling of overcoming that Gym Leader was incredible!
Pokemon has been and will continue to be a great IP for Nintendo. I have high Hopes for this game and the continued excellence and growth of this series.
I'm out.
P.S. Pokken Tournament comes out soon!!!!!!
I tried to play this game and am very happy that I found it. I remember how I often played different versions of Pokémon in my childhood. If someone does not know what I'm talking about, I suggest you try it https://romsmania.com/roms/gameboy-advance/pokemon-fire-red-version-v1-1-225039. The main thing is that it's free, convenient, and also a good reminder for those who spent all their childhood in their father's garage in search of Pokémon.
ReplyDeleteThis is truly an amusement for people that appreciate assuming pretending kind recreations. Players control a character and can see the developments and activities of the character by an overhead view. www.cheats4pokemongo.com
ReplyDeleteMy reckoning is that if bigger kids like Pokemon, little kids will too. Even the college crowd likes Pokemon, making it pretty much a household word.pokemon omega ruby rom
ReplyDeleteI totally agree! Setting examples by playing can help spread the game!
